Abstracts are invited for both oral and poster presentations. Accepted posters will be showcased throughout the events from 28-30 January 2027. Awards will be presented for the Best Oral Presentations and Best Poster Presentations.

Young Investigator Awards are available for abstract presenters, the amount may vary by the number of applicants and funding availability.

Guidelines for Submission

Abstract title – must be in UPPER CASE and limited to 25 words. Please submit symbols as words.
Abstract text – limited to 250 words, including acknowledgements.
Abstract structure – abstracts should clearly state:
- Background and aims
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Case report abstracts – must follow structured format:
- Background
- Clinical case: including diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and/or follow-up
- Clinical lesson and conclusion
A case report abstract should provide clear clinical teaching points or learning lessons. Case report abstracts that do not provide meaningful teaching points will not be accepted.
